Te Maeva Nui NZ Festival
Our premier annual festival celebrating Cook Islands language, culture, performing arts and community — the largest Cook Islands cultural festival outside the Cook Islands.
Te Maeva Nui NZ is an annual celebration that brings the Cook Islands community across Aotearoa together to honour the Cook Islands Constitution and celebrate our language, dance, music and customs.
Competition rules, item requirements, timings and judging criteria for participating groups are published as a downloadable document ahead of each festival.
Ticketing details and links are published ahead of each festival. Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner.
